1. License to Use the Service

2.1.1 When using features such as recording, editing, and importing audio, users are required to comply with local Common Network Standards and Common Procedures, which prohibit the production, retention, and dissemination of obscene, violent, and illegal audio content.
2.2 Individual Responsibility
2.2.1 All content generated, uploaded, and stored by the User within this Application is entirely the User‘s responsibility, and the Platform is not liable for disputes arising from the User’s independent creation of content.
3. Content Copyright Notice
3.1 Platform Content Rights
3.1.1 All sound effects, interface designs, program code, and other resources built into this Application are the property of the Platform and are prohibited from being transported, pirated, or re-adapted in any form without official written permission.
3.2 User Content Ownership
3.2.1. Users own the copyright of the locally recorded and imported audio content. The platform provides only storage and playback functions without infringing on the user‘s private creative rights.
4. Service Changes and Interrupts
4.1 Rights to Service Adjustment
4.1.1 The Platform reserves the right to optimize, upgrade, and adjust application functionality at any time, adding, modifying, or disabling certain features based on operational needs, without requiring separate notice to users in advance.
4.2 Temporary Service Interruption
4.2.1 Temporary service interruptions due to system maintenance, network failures, or technology upgrades will be resumed as soon as possible without the platform having to assume liability for damages to users.
5. Penalties for User Violation
5.1 Definition of Violation Behaviors
5.1.1 The presence of abusive functionality, the dissemination of illegal content, malicious attack programs, the theft of platform resources, and other behaviors by users are all considered illegal use of this Application Service.
5.2 Punishment Handling Mechanisms
5.2.1 The Platform has the right to take action against non-compliant users such as functional restrictions, content deletion, termination of use permissions, etc., to maintain the normal service order of the Platform.
6. Conditions of Disclaimer

The 7.1.1 Platform can update this User Agreement at any time according to operational needs. The updated content will take effect through in-app disclosure. Continuous use of the application will be considered as endorsing the new version of the Agreement content.
